De tweede slag om Mesen vond plaats op 7 juni 1917, ook de Mijnenslag van Mesen genoemd. Op deze dag ontploften 19 mijnen, met een totaal van 409.688 kg explosieven, onder Duitse stellingen. 25.000 Duitse en 17.000 Britse soldaten kwamen hierbij om het leven.
