This ebay sales is definitely a postwar flashlight, made after the war from the Army model Jeab Sweden,but the lamp is not made by pertrix.

See here this original Swedish wartime flashlight JEAB 1940...it looks like the ebay sales.

This lamp was only for railways service ''NIFE'' made in Redditch Worcestershire UK 1950 -1948.

1948-1950 you meant i guess. i've found out basic measurements - 18 cm high, 9 cm wide and 4 cm thick.

I could take a guess and say that Nachr. Stands for Nachricht, which is German for message.

I was searching for this DAIMON FOCUS thru entire thread here , but i'm rather confused. i guess Google translation from Dutch isn't good enough
so this model of Focus is 2361 or 2361 A ,right ? i couldn't figure out if made before 1945 or postwar.
i'll be very thankful for your hints. cheers guys. Petr

........ also this common model of DAIMON has all features indicating wartime model , except round edges of switch, right? i'm sorry i am beginner and my differencies spotting skills are very poor. wartime model's switch would be sharp i guess.
