This is a ww1 german flashlight in my opinion. Look the bark patterned leather, this is very similar to the leather case of the first generation "sendler lampe", as is the button, very similar type.

That picture not mine, but i have one of this early sendler. I was the first bidder, but you won. Very nice flashlight!
