Dat zeg ik niet maar ze vormen wel een groter gevaar dan extreem rechts.

Wat ik niet begrijp: waarom is heel Europa in rep en roer als er ergens een Moslim verdacht wordt van het plannen van terroristische aanslagen, maar gaat het naar mijn gevoel bijna geheel aan ons voorbij als een groep extreem-rechtse militairen van hetzelfde verdacht worden?

Na meer nieuwsberichtjes gelezen te hebben, moet ik toegeven dat deze Belgen inderdaad erg gevaarlijk tuig zijn. (Naast de Belgische wapenverzamelaars op dit forum ).

Mja, gelet op de openingspost, meen ik dat het niet zozeer gaat om een zwakke plek in het (Belgische) leger. Maak je geen illusies. Deze extreem-rechtste organisatie heeft vertakkingen in nagenoeg ieder Westeuropees land met Groot-Brittannië, Duitsland en Nederland op kop ...

Dat die bende opgerold werd in België is inderdaad zorgwekkend maar geeft ook hoop. Maar ik herhaal nogmaals : de extreem-rechtse terreur wordt (vooral door links) al te gemakkelijk geassocieerd met het Vlaamse Nationaal gevoel, de drang naar onafhankelijkheid en daar is niks mis mee, dacht ik.

Dat we ons zouden moeten schamen dat er in Vlaanderen dergelijke extreem- rechtsgezinde organisaties bestaan, daar ga ik mee akkoord. Ongetwijfeld.

Ik zoek me evenwel nog suf op het wijde Internet naar aanslagen van die kerels in onze contreien, zelfs ver daarbuiten, intercontinentaal. Dat er zulke aanslagen gepleegd zijn, is zoveel zeker.

Ik wens niet te generaliseren, maar in die optiek meen ik dat de Moslims (ik weet het ze zijn niet allemaal slecht en wees gerust ik kan het zeker weten ...) enige reden meer hebben tot ongerustheid en schaamtegevoel toen ik tot mijn verontwaardiging onderstaande lijst op het Internet ontdekte inzake (Fundamentalistische) Moslimaanslagen gedurende de laatste 6 maanden van 2006.

Valt het een Vlaamse moslim die zich keurig gedraagd te verwijten dat zijn geloofsgenoten in oorlogsgebieden en elders voor zoveel ellende zorgen? Stel dan liever een lijst op met terrorisme van moslimextremisten in België en vergelijk dit met terrorisme van extreem-rechts in België. Op dit moment gaat extreem-rechts dan volgens mij aan kop.

Absoluut niet elke moslim heeft dezelfde idealen en het enige wat hen allemaal bindt is het geloof, maar zelfs daarin zijn grote verschillen waarneembaar. In tegenstelling tot extreem-rechts dat vrij homogeen is, omdat ze strijden voor dezelfde idealen.

Als ik in hun schoenen zou staan zou ik me inderdaad ook schamen voor deze acties van extremistische geloofsgenoten en ongerust zal vrijwel iedereen wel zijn. Wat ik bedoel is dat zij zich niet schuldig hoeven voelen en ik had een beetje het gevoel alsof jij hen met deze lijst een verwijt maakte. Onterecht dus blijkbaar.

Probleem is dan wel: wat of wie is extreem-rechts? In elk geval staat bovenaan de lijst nu dit complot van extreem-rechtse miltiairen en burgers. Ik ken in België geen vergelijkbaar complot van moslim-extremisten.

Ik vind niet dat het gevaar schuilt in het Moslimgeloof an sich, maar in de interpretatie die fundamentalistische moslims geven aan hun geloof. En inderdaad schuilt er zowel in extreem-rechtse als extreem-linkse politiek een gevaar.

Dat is zoals je (niet jij) het wil interpreteren.
Minstens kunnen de vredelievende moslims in ons land hun afkeer betuigen als het om radicale aanslagen gaat. Maar zoiets krijgen die mensen heel moeilijk over hun lippen.

Harro, jij mag dat weten : ik ben ongelovig want geloof is opium voor het volk, bovendien schaam ik me als bewezen is dat de Vlaamse Nationale zaak zou geassocieerd zijn met extreme groepen !
