Yes nice found, well you mis the switch (schalter ) from the back side.

Wel looks like on of a Zeiler construction (Zeiler Patent / klapp leuchten)
Can see the bakeliet marks and factory.
So Europe made by one factory?.

Yes can be one, that is a nice early ! Zeiler Klapp Leuchten. Never saw one before in this version style.

Tip : try to find such a complete lamp only a' switch from this lamp is looking for a needle in a haystack
this lamps a in various colors >from black - blue - brown - gray - camel.
