Hi.
Looking at the seal (stamp) of the flashlight I suppose that it was produced after WW2.
A lot of equipment/machinery were taken out of Germany to USSR right away after WW2.
Estonia used to be a part of USSR in the periods 1940-1941 and 1944-1991

I think because latin letters are used in Estonian language, not Cyrillic. Even in soviet period Estonia tended to be more "Europe country" than part of "Soviet Union" and even then they prefered to mark their goods in native language (with latin letters)

fifteen Soviet republic = fifteen official national languages (actually there were/are much more national languages in our cuntry)

Hi,
I've showed this flashlight earlier but nobody could help me in identification. Switch solving is the same like Petrix 656. /it didn't have separeted switch/
I've found this picture recently.It is only the form of the cover that is different from the other. It is seen on the pic that there was no separeted switch on it either. Unfortunately the color of my lamp is not the origin Feldgrün,though the inside part of it is totally rust free and looks like new.
/there is the original colour inside it/
The light was protected by the lens. This solutin was not used by Petrix 656.
